Use peppermint in a foot scrub or lotion to cool and soothe achy tired feet and to treat athlete’s foot or fungal problems. It repels insects effectively. It is a popular oil for bath products and “pick me up” remedies. Peppermint blends well with lavender, orange, geranium, rosemary, juniper and other insect repellent oils.
